I’d like to see both Snagit and Camtasia for the Mac. Then I’d never need a PC again.
The “Jing Project” for Mac,is considered the so-called temporaty answer for Mac users….With it’s limted functionality it is basically useless to those of us whom rely on Snagit. I would rather endure the pain of logging into Windows on my Mac, in order to use the real thing.

This is something my office is using and I would love a version for the Mac. It’s a great product.
I need this to transfer maps and data from pc to mac. As a Mac user in a PC world we need programs to trade information.

As I’ve changed jobs over the years, I’ve gone back and forth between Mac and PC and feel somewhat ambidextrous when it comes to operating systems. But I am finally on Mac solely and sorely miss Snag It. it is such a great tool, it ought to be on the Mac. When stupid, clunky’old SAP has a decent Mac version, I would hope that a piece of awesome sofware like SnagIt would be on Mac. If the bean counters are in the way, tell them I’d pay $200 for a Mac version. I’m sure other fans would as well.
I have purchased SnagIt upgrades for years now and since I’ve switched to Mac, your website is one of the few that I check on a regular basis for a Mac version. You guys are the best at this and the mac community needs you. I need you! Love, a fellow Snagger
As time goes by, the iMac population is growing. If sangIt for Imac were to be released, this would be a very popular sell. This is just a benifit to the creators of Snagit, and i would love to hve the mac version.

Hi have been using the paid version of SnagIt on Windows for many years. It is the best screen-captures and editing software available. I have moved on to the iMac and miss the convenience and functionality of SnagIt, and is the one application missing from my Mac arsenal.
I too am trying to detach from my Dell to the Mac. I just bought a Mac and there are two programs that I will have a hard time living without. Snag-it and Camtasia.

I used SnagIt all the time on my Windows platform but have since moved over to Mac. I NEED SnagIt! It’s a really good program and so versatile.
because everyone I know is moving to the mac. It is a wide open market for you and you would be crazy not to capitalize on it.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give me SnagIt for Mac! I have become a Mac convert, and want to avoid having to install a Windows environment, so I am trying to go all-Mac. SnagIt is one of my favorite products, and I really miss it. I use it all the time to expedite the creation of my user interface mockups that I create as a UI designer. One of the problems I have when running it on Parallels, is that I still cannot snag stuff from my Mac environment.
I would be happy to be a beta customer, and would provide lots of free usability consulting in the form of feedback!!!
I have been a loyal Snagit user for years on the PC side but I am moving into the Mac world for my business. Snagit is a must for us on the technical documentation end. I can’t wait for the Mac version and I will buy a 3 license version that day it is released.

Obviously Snagit has a following. I have used it for years on my windows systems at work. I find it hard to live without it at work. I have a Mac at home and would like to see the same performance capabilities for Mac. Please make this an urgent priority to complete. I think that if you did so you would have high sales.

I was a 10 user of Windows and last 2 years I used Snagit (kickass software!), then I migrated to Linux – missed Snagit
and now I am using Mac (windows really sucks in comparison to Mac!) and I really would like to have Snagit here.

I would really like to see a MAC Version too!
There is nothing that compares to the features and functionality of SnagIt. I write a lot of technical documents where visuals, combined with text and attention getting graphics are essential for the proper communication of information. Currently I’m having to swap back and forth with virtual desktop software in order to use SnagIt, and it’s a real disruptive process. A native MAC based version is sorely needed

Like many that have posted here, I have been a SnagIt user for many years and can’t imagine doing my work without it.
I have recently begun the switch from PC to Mac with to MacBooks and an iMac and I’d like SnagIt 9,.0 for all of them. It’s the best release yet……
Looking forward to SnagIt coming out for my iMac. Then there will be absolutely no reason for me miss my PC!! Please deliver soon!! How about a Christmas present for Mac users???

I have been using Snagit for over a year now on my Windows box, however, I am now moving over to my Mac full time.
We need Snagit for the Mac…M$ try to bully all the s/w vendors so stand up and be counted and do yourself a favour by releasing Snagit for the MAC.

i am snagit user. using both macs and pcs. there is no similar program like snagit on mac. no that power and possibilities.

Stop questioning us on that matter and start making the it! Besides, my windows pc is getting old, and I am NOT planning on buying a new one!!! I want a mac, and I want snagit! Is that so hard to understand? They are both incredible inventions and it shouldn’t be hard to understand that we love them! We all can’t wait to spend money for snagit, so where is it??

Please please create a Snagit (full function) for Mac. I used snagit literally every day on my work PC and desperately need the same for my new MacBook Pro. The revenues you’d get on DAY 1 from having it there would easily pay the development. I’d bet >50% of *all* Mac users would jump on it. Right away. Literally all the PC converts, and ever-Macs once they realize its there.

There is no easy to use tool for the Mac to manipulate screenshots/captures like snagit. One application I really miss from my PC is Snagit.
Please make a version for Mac and I am sure you could sell 50-100 licenses just at my company.
I use SnagIt on my PC, but now that I have gotten tired of all the problems with Windows I have switched to using an iMac and do not wish to run any Windows software. So please hurry the release for the Mac.
