Audio in Video Clip – Problem

Snagit MicI received an email from a client trying to capture video in Snagit. But when trying to play the snagit video no sound was heard.

I’m having a problem and wonder if you could offer some advice. The audio in

video clips with sound that I’m recording is not showing up any longer.

Until recently, the audio was just fine. I’m not aware of any changes I’ve

made in recording or settings. Do you have any suggestions?
